"Public Hearings",1675,"",95700,"26-058 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Notice is hereby given that an application has been filed by the Town of Pine Mountain, to rezone 3.45 acres located at the northeast corner of Dallas Mill Road and U.S. 27, Pine Mountain, GA, on Map 056B, Parcel 184A, Land Lot 95, Land District 3, from C-2 (Commercial District) with conditional use to R-3 (High Density Residential) with conditional use for single family homes. Notice is further given that a public hearing regarding said application will be heard by the Harris County Planning Commission in Room 215 of the Harris County Courthouse in Hamilton, GA, on March 18, 2026, at 7:15 PM, or thereafter as it appears on the agenda, at which time interested persons will be given the opportunity to speak in favor of or in opposition to the application.
