CITY OF POOLER Zoning Map Amendment REVISED PUBLIC NOTICE Robert Forrest has petitioned the City of Pooler to rezone three parcels from the JABOT PUD (with C-2 uses allowed) to the City of Pooler's C-2 (Heavy Commercial) zoning district to allow for a multi-use development. The property consists of approximately 116 acres. The parcel identification numbers are 51023 01001A, 51023 01032, and 51023 01035. A Planning & Zoning Commission meeting was held on Monday, April 13, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. The official public hearing before Mayor and Council will be rescheduled to a later date upon receipt of the final DRI (Development of Regional Impact) report from the Coastal Regional Commission.
