NOTICE OF ZONING PETITION Notice is hereby given that The Savannah Downtown Historic District Board of Review will convene a zoning hearing regarding a special exception of the property described below on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Arthur A. Mendonsa Hearing Room at 112 E. State Street, Savannah, GAand via digital meeting platform at www.thempc.org. Petition of Kevin Rose of Rose Architects, the Agent, on behalf of Queensborough National Bank and Trust Co., the Property Owner, for a special exception for 0.25 acres located at 402 E Broughton St (PIN 20004 42012). The requests are for the following: 1) To maintain existing vehicle entrance at Broughton Street; 2) To maintain existing historic location of off-street parking; 3) To allow three-stories at the lane. The subject Property is within the D-CBD (Downtown Central Business District) zoning district (File No. 26-001084-ZA). Public Comment Allowed: Anyone whose interest of property rights may be affected by the proposed changes may appear at that time, may be heard, and may submit evidence, including written comments.
