NOTICE OF ZONING PETITION Notice is hereby given that The Savannah Downtown Historic District Board of Review will convene a zoning hearing regarding a special exception of the property described below on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. in Arthur A. Mendonsa Hearing Room at 112 E. State Street, Savannah, GAand via digital meeting platform at www.thempc.org. Petition of Robert Louis Vaccaro, the Property Owner, for a special exception for 0.03 acres located at 504 E Jones St (PIN 20014 19020). The request is to permit installation of solar panels on the Property. The subject Property is within the D-R (Downtown Residential) zoning district (26-001827-ZA). Public Comment Allowed:Anyone whose interest of property rights may be affected by the proposed changes may appear at that time, may be heard, and may submit evidence, including written comments.
