Absentee Ballots: Absentee ballot application submission began on March 2, 2026, and ends on May 8, 2026. Mail out of absentee ballots mailout period begins on April 20, 2026, and end on May 8, 2026. Early/Advance Voting: Begins Monday, April 27 – May 15, 2026. A request for an absentee ballot may be submitted by mail, email, fax, or online at the statewide website https://securemyabsenteeballot.sos.ga.gov/s/ or you may complete the application in person at our office. Con- tact Chatham County Voter Registration at (912) 790 -1520 for further details.
