gpn13 GDP5541 GDP5541 gpn13 CITY OF SUGAR HILL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL DRB-CBD-26-002 5033 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 Notice is hereby given to the general public that the City of Sugar Hill filed an application with the City of Sugar Hill, Georgia requesting to seek Central Business District Design Review approval at 5033 West Broad St., also known as Tax Parcel IDs: R7-291-346 containing .16 ac +/-. The property is currently zoned General Business (BG). The applicant is seeking Central Business District Design Review Approval for an approximately 29,000 square foot, 3-story, mixed-use building consisting of office, retail and restaurant space to be located in front of the parking deck. The Sugar Hill City Council will consider whether or not to grant the Design Review approval as requested, grant the proposed Design Review Approval as supplemented by conditions of approval, deny the Design Review Approval request or table the Design Review Approval request.
