WATKINSVILLE zoning HEARING: ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT Per OCGA 36-66-1, et seq., a hearing will be held April 15, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 191 VFW Drive, Watkinsville, GA 30677, on an amendment to Articles 4, 5, and 13 of the Zoning Ordinance, to allow Accessory Dwelling Units as a Conditional Use in the South Main Street Scenic Corridor (SM) District and to revise the zoning ordinance and the use chart at 13.01 accordingly. A decision may be made then, or after at an announced meeting. Copies of the Amendment, Zoning Ordinance, Standards and Map, are available at City Hall, and at the hearing. All persons having an interest should be at the hearing to provide comments.
