PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE OF RIGHT TO REDEEM PROPERTY AFTER TAX SALE STATE OF GEORGIA, COUNTY OF TROUP D.R.M. Inc; Harold A. Lane Jr.; all heirs of Harold A. Lane Jr.; and all residents, occupants, tenants, lienholders, claimants, and/or other interested parties: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT: The right to redeem the following described property, to wit: MAP & PARCEL 0632 002 054 All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 226 of the 12th Land District of Troup County, Georgia, and being Lot 34 of Block “B” of Section one of Lake West Point Estates Subdivision as shown on a plat drawn by B. Keith Rochester & Associates, Inc. recorded in Plat Book 20, Page 80¬81, Troup County, Georgia Records, which plats are by reference, incorporated herein and made a part hereof, for a more complete description. will expire and be forever foreclosed and barred on and after the 30th of March 2026.
