Notice of Bar of Redemption TO: Jessie Waters Wood, Jessie Kate Wood, Janice Wood Foskey, individually, and as Executor for the Estate of Jessie Kate Wood, Steven Alvin Wood, and the Heirs at Law, Legatees, Executors, Devisees, Administrators, Legal Representatives, Successors, Assigns, Officers, Stockholders, Trustees and Assignees of each and every one of the above named persons, and/or occupant and all other persons and entities with an interest in the hereinafter described property. Take notice that the right to redeem the following described property: Lots 15, 16, & 17, Block 30, Meyer Ward, Avondale, Property Identification Number (PIN) 20060-26051, aka 2117 Tennessee Avenue, in the City of Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, will be forever foreclosed and barred on and after April 30, 2026. The tax deed to which this notice relates is as follows: Sonya L. Jackson, Ex-Officio Sheriff of Chatham County, to KLC Properties, LLC, and RYC Properties, LLC, dated February 4, 2025, and is recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Chatham County, Georgia in Deed Book 3596, at page 607, and re-recorded in Deed Book 3637, at page 203.
