Public Notice is hereby given that Memorial Washington Church & Cemetery (MWCC), located at 39W900 Highland Ave., Elgin, IL 60124, in Kane County, IL, has determined that the cemetery interment rights in the graves listed below have been abandoned under Section 9 of the Cemetery Protection Act, 765 ILCS 835/9. Pursuant to Section 10 of the Cemetery Protection Act, 765 ILCS 835/10, MWCC will seek a court order adjudging cemetery interment rights to have been abandoned in all graves listed below for which no ownership interest has been established.
Any person(s) who claims an ownership interest in a grave listed below shall provide written notice of such ownership interest, with supporting documentation, to Robert A. Seltzer, Cornfield and Feldman LLP, 25 E. Washington St., Suite 1225, Chicago, IL 60602; email:
