Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Ronda L. Claire, et al., Case No. 26MR36. PUBLICATION NOTICE: The requisite affidavit having been duly filed herein, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Ronda L. Claire, Kankakee County as Trustee for Taxing Districts, Integrity Investment Fund, LLC, Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Roland H. Claire, Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Winnie L. Walker, and Unknown Owners and Nonrecord Claimants that said action has been commenced in said Court by the Plaintiff, naming you as Defendant(s) therein and requesting an order declaring abandoned the property commonly known as 1254 East Bourbonnais Street, Kankakee, Illinois 60901 PIN: 16-17-05-400-002, and legally described as: The East 50 feet off of Lot 1 in Block 4 in the Riverview Subdivision in the City of Kankakee, in Kankakee County, Illinois.
