Plans and Specifications are available on or after April 7, 2026, thru Cordogan Clark & Associate's online plan room www.cordoganclarkplanroom.com. Sealed Bids, conspicuously marked, shall be received until 10:00 a.m. local time, April 23, 2026, at the District Office, 310 Seminary Avenue, Aurora, IL 60505 ATTN: Ashraf Kawash, Director of Buildings & Grounds, at which time they shall be opened and read aloud.
