REQUEST FOR SEALED BIDS McLean County Law and Justice Center Water Heater Replacement The County of McLean, a body corporate and politic, will accept sealed bids from qualified vendor for a water heater replacement at the Mclean County Law and Justice Center located at 104 W. Front Street, Bloomington, IL. Deadline for the receipt of all proposals is Thursday, May 14th, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. (CST). Proposals shall be emailed to the address provided in the RFP or mailed to the McLean County Administrators Office at 115 E, Washington St., Room 401, Bloomington, IL 61701 or via an E-Bid on DemandStar.com. At 2:01 p.im, (CST) Proposals received prior to the expiration date and time will be publicly opened and read aloud apart from bid prices.
