CHICAGO TRANSIT AUTHORITY Advertisement for Bids NOTICE OF TIME EXTENSION AND ADDENDUM NO. 1 Notice is hereby given that the opening date heretofore advertised as Thursday, April 16, 2026 has been extended to Thursday, April 23, 2026 no later than 2:00 P.M. for the following items: Req No: B25OP04701, Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Tank Cleaning and Fuel Polishing Services for a period of 36 months. PROPOSAL GUARANTEE: NONE For additional information, please contact Zach Hampton, Procurement Administrator, zhampton@transitchicago.com Any contract resulting from this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contractor will be required to furnish certified copies of any and all Insurance Policies required in relation to this contract prior to CTA's execution. Chicago Transit Authority hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprise will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
