REQUEST FOR BIDS LANDSCAPING SERVICES BID Cicero School District 99 (“CSD99”) is requesting sealed proposals for Landscaping Services Bid. Specifications will be available on our District website, www.cicd99.edu (click on “public bidding”) beginning April 6, 2026, until bid opening day. Sealed bids must be received by the Administration Building, 5110 West 24th Street, Cicero, Illinois 60804, on or before 8:20 am on April 23, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened, April 23, 2026, at 8:30 am and read at that time. Indicate on the face of the sealed envelope: “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR: LANDSCAPING SERVICES BID”. Unsigned or late bids will not be considered. The proposer assumes the risk of any delay in handling or delivery of the mail. Cicero School District 99 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids when there are sound documented reasons to do so and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any alternates, in whole or in part, and to award alternates on an individual site basis.
