ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The City of Danville, Illinois will receive proposals for the following: Municipal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Selection & Advisory Consultant Bid No. 798 The City is seeking qualified consultants to assist with evaluation of its existing ERP solution/needs, developing a request for proposals for new ERP solutions, and assisting with solicitation services, evaluation, selection, and contract negotiations to implement a new ERP solution to best meet the Citys needs. TIME AND PLACE OF BID OPENING: Sealed submittals will be received until the closing time of 2:00 P.M. prevailing local time on Wednesday, April 9, 2026 at: City Clerk, Robert E. Jones Municipal Building 17 West Main Street, Danville, Illinois 61832. Submittals will be publicly opened and reviewed for responsiveness and responsibility thereafter. Submittals received after closing time shall not be accepted and shall be returned unopened. Submittals sent via the U. S. Postal Service or private courier shall be identified on the outside of the envelope with the phrase: "Municipal Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Selection & Advisory Consultant" to the address above. BIDDING DOCUMENTS: Available at https://www.cityofdanville.org/Bids.aspx.
