PUBLIC NOTICE ADVERTISEMENT FOR DEKALB PARK DISTRICT The DeKalb Park District will receive sealed bids for Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment for the Hopkins Park Pool until 2:00 pm, Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at the DeKalb Park District Administrative Office, 1403 Sycamore Road DeKalb, IL 60115 and thereafter will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bid must be placed in a sealed opaque envelope and shall be clearly marked "Sealed Bid - Hopkins Park Pool - Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment” and addressed and delivered to the DeKalb Park District, Attn: Chrissy Tluczek, Superintendent of Recreation, 1403 Sycamore Road, DeKalb, Illinois 60115. Bid Documents may be obtained by emailing a request to Chrissy Tluczek, DeKalb Park District at: ctluczek@ dekalbparkdistrict.com The District reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a bid, and reject the remainder. Owner will award the Contract to the lowest responsible and responsive Bidder, as determined by Owner. After the bid opening, no bid may be withdrawn, and all bids shall remain firm for sixty (60) days. The Work of this Project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq. The Contractor selected will be required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations and executive orders, including but not limited to those pertaining to equal employment opportunity, substance abuse prevention, and drug free workplace.
