NOTICE TO BIDDERS First Publication: March 14, 2026 Lee County, Illinois, is requesting sealed bids for the Lee County Maintenance Facility Retention Wall Project. The project consists of the construction of a retaining wall and associated site improvements at the Lee County Maintenance Facility in Lee County, Illinois, in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by Blakemore Architects. Bid documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained by contacting the Lee County Administrator's Office. Interested bidders shall register with Lee County prior to receiving the Bid Packet by contacting County Administrator Jeremy Englund at jen glund@countyof lee.org. Sealed bids will be received by the Lee County Administrator's Office, 112 E. Second Street, Dixon, Illinois 61021, until 9:00 AM on March 27, 2026, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “Lee County Maintenance Facility Retention Wall Bid.” All work shall comply with applicable Illinois statutes including but not limited to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130).
