PUBLIC NOTICE The Board of Education of Earlville Community Unit School District #9 is seeking Statements of Qualifications and performance data from qualified Architectural firms to provide Architectural services. The Request for Qualifications document will be available upon request by contacting: Mr. James Hermes, at 815-246-8361, or by email at jhermes@earlville9. org. Statements of Qualifications and performance data must be received by Earlville Community Unit School District #9 no later than March 30, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Questions concerning the RFQ may be addressed to Mr. James Hermes ONLY via email. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any irregularities or defects in any proposals or RFQ process, and to select the candidate(s) with which to engage in contract negotiations and to award a contract in the best interest of the Board of Education as determined in its sole discretion. All decisions of the Board of Education shall be considered final.
