IFB 26-BAMSAMP Maintenance Services
The East St. Louis Housing Authority (ESLHA) located at 700 N. 20th Street, East St. Louis, Illinois, 62205 invites bids from contractors for
Maintenance Services at various
developments.
IFB's can be downloaded starting Monday, April 13, 2026 after 3 pm by visiting www.eslha.org. For more information contact Lynn Clanton at 618.646.7211.
ESLHA reserves the right to cancel this IFB, reject any or all bids, and waive minor informalities for bidders as deemed necessary by ESLHA and the public's best interest.
