Racine Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186 262-706-3260 is seeking disadvan- taged businesses (DBE/MDE/WBE/BEPD) for the Bid Year 5 Lead Service Line Replacement Program - Contract B in Elgin IL for subcontracting opportuni- ties in the following areas: Trucking/Hauling, Plumb- ing, and restoration. Subcontracts will be awarded based on price and ability to perform the work.
