LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Elmhurst Park District intends to contract for the 2026 Plunkett Park Baseball and Paving Improve- ments in Elmhurst, IL. Bid documents may be arranged to be picked up at no charge beginning at 12:00 p.m. March 4, 2026, at the Elmhurst Park District Administrative Office, 375 W. First Street, Elmhurst, Illinois, and then Monday through Friday between 8:30 A.M. and 4:30 P.M. An electronic copy will be available upon request. A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at 10:00 a.m. March 13, 2026, at Plunkett Park Baseball Fields, 186 S West Ave, Elmhurst IL 60126. Sealed bids are due no later than 10:00 a.m. April 2, 2026, at the above location, when they will be publicly opened and read. The scope of the improvements includes, but not limited to, expiring tree removal, full asphalt removal and replacement as noted on draw- ings, removal of existing chain link fencing and back- stops for all three fields, installation of new netting
