PUBLIC NOTICE Invitation to Bid Putnam County C.U.S.D. 535 will receive sealed bids for Asbestos Abatement for 2026 Vestibule Renovations at the Putnam County High School, 402 E. Silverspoon, Granville, IL and the Putnam County Junior High, 13183 N. 350th Avenue, McNabb, IL. The work is to remove sheet flooring and associated mastic from the main entry vestibule of each building utilizing gross removal methods. The Date of Commencement is April 3, 2026. The Date of Substantial Completion is April 10, 2026. Two (2) Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2026. The first Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will begin at 1:30 p.m. at Putnam County High School, 402 E. Silverspoon, Granville, Illinois. Upon adjournment of the High School meeting, attendees shall proceed to Putnam County Junior High, 13183 N. 350th Avenue, McNabb, Illinois, where the second Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at approximately 2:00 p.m. Attendance at both meetings is mandatory.
