BID NOTICE College of Lake County, herein after known as Owner, is seeking bids for the Roundabout & Sports Complex project at College of Lake County Main Campus located in Grayslake, IL respectively. The base bid for the project includes the construction of a new one- story, split level freestanding building with a build-out of all interior systems. See the Contract Document for additional information. Pepper Construction will be providing Subcontractor Default Insurance in lieu of a performance and payment bond for this project. Please do not include the cost of a performance and payment bond in your base bid & alternates. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the Base Bid made payable to College of Lake County. Contractors shall guarantee their submitted Bid Proposal for a ninety (90) day period from the date of Bid Opening. Contrac- tor's Qualifications Statement must be submitted at time of bid or already be on file wit
