Racine Ave, Waukesha, WI 53186 262-706-3260 is seeking disadvantaged businesses (DBE/MDE/WBE/BEPD) for the Bid Lead Service Line Replacement Plan FY26 in Highland Park, IL for subcontracting opportunities in the following areas: Trucking/Hauling, Plumbing, and restoration. Subcontracts will be awarded based on price and ability to perform the work.
