NOTICE OF BIDDERS Sealed material proposals for the IRVING IL - OIL & CHIP - 2026 MFT project for the VILLAGE OF IRVING will be received at Village Hall, 110 E. State St., Irving, IL 62051 until 6:00 PM on Tuesday, May 12, 2026. Plans and proposal forms will be available in the oice of the Milano & Grunloh Engineers, LLC, 114 W. Washington Ave., Eingham, IL 62401, Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Proposals shall be submitted on the forms furnished by the Awarding Authority and shall be enclosed in an envelope endorsed "MATERIAL PROPOSAL, VILLAGE OF IRVING, SECTION 26-00000-00-GM". Bids will be opened at the Village of Irving, 110 E. State St.; Irving, IL 62051 on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. during the regular board meeting.
