Advertisement for Bids Windsor Homes, Inc. (General Contractor) will receive subcontractor bids for the following project: Tendick Street Apartments – Sitework to support the construction of 24 new housing units in Jacksonville, IL. The construction of 24 new housing units will be bid in early Spring. All aspects of sitework are needed, including but not limited to: Earthwork Storm Sewer Sanitary Sewer Parking Lot Pavement Water services Demolition Plans and specifications are available for review at www. windsorhomesplanroom. com. All new users will need to register for an account on this website. These documents can also be obtained from Springfield Reprographics at (217) 523-4632. Please call Springfield Reprographics with website related questions. All materials must comply with the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA) requirements. Bids should be submitted using the provided proposal, otherwise they will be rejected. Bids should be faxed (or emailed) to Windsor Homes, Inc. at (217) 793-4553 by 4 p.m. on March 18th, 2026. This project IS subject to sales tax. Questions about the project can be directed to Jason Easton at Windsor Homes, Inc. (217) 793-4007, or by emailing jason@windsorhomes.com. Construction is expected to start in March 2026.
