Sheridan Place Lake Bluff, Illinois 60044 Sealed bids will be received in duplicate by the Owner at the place, date and time stated below and there publicly opened and read: 121 E. Sheridan Place Lake Bluff, Illinois 60044 Phone: 847-234-9400 DATE: Wednesday, May 6, 2026 TIME: 10:00 AM Any proposal received after the time and date stated above will be returned to the Bidder unopened. The competency and responsibility of the Bidders will be considered in making awards. One proposal will be received for the following categories of work: Masonry tuckpointing and repair, including sealant replacement. Bid security in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond made payable to Lake Bluff School District 65, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the base bid is required.
