LEGAL NOTICE Invitation to Bid Milton Township Road District State of Illinois, County of DuPage Milton Township Road District is seeking bids for its 2026 GM Roads Program (Section # 26-05000-01-GM). Specifications and contract documents may be obtained through Morris Engineering, Inc., via email request to: vicki@ecivil.com. A Certificate of Eligibil- ity from IDOT is required to be included with your email request. This project consists of Conc Curb & Gutter Removal and Replacement, Concrete Shoulder Installation, 2” HMA Bituminous Milling, 3” Patching, HMA – Heater Scarification, and 2” HMA Resurfacing of various streets in Milton Township. Proposals should be mailed or deposited into the avail- able drop box located at the front door of Milton Town- ship Road District between the hours of 8am and 3pm in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “MILTON TOWNSHIP 2026 GM ROADS PROGRAM PROPOSAL – DO NOT OPEN.” Proposals are to be received on or before 10:00 a.m. local t
