NOTICE Public Notice is hereby given that Minooka CHSD #111 will receive proposals for Commercial Insurance coverage. Proposal specifications may be obtained upon request from Bushue HR, Inc., P.O. Box 89 Effingham, IL 62401. Phone (217) 342-3046. Requests must be made via telephone Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am-5:00pm. Please reference code CDS111 when calling. All proposals are to be received by Minooka CHSD #111 at 201 S. Wabena Avenue, Minooka, IL 60447 on or before 2:00pm, Thursday, May 20, 2026; and will be opened at time specified.
