Legal Notice Advertisement for Food Service Bids Sealed bids are requested by the Monmouth-Roseville School District, herein referred as the “the District”, Monmouth, Illinois for frozen/cold foods, dry goods, paper/chemicals, bread products, and/or dairy/lactose free products for the 2026/2027 School Year commencing on July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Bids should be clearly marked on the outside of the envelope “Sealed Bid-School Grocery” or “Sealed Bid-School Bread/Milk” and should be addressed to: ATTN: Katerina Hergesheimer, Central Intermediate School, 401 East 2nd Avenue, Monmouth Illinois 61462. Bids will be accepted prior to 8am on May 21, 2026. The District reserves the right to reject or accept all or part of any bids if it is in the public interest to do so. The District is not liable for any cost incurred by the prospective bidders in replying to this request for bid or subsequent costs incurred by the prospective bidders for supplying additional information requested by the District.
