NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The scope of work is as follows (Please see the Plans
for details):
BASE BID: Work to include but not limited to site
demolition, bituminous pavement, concrete curb and
gutters, storm sewer piping, storm inlets and
manholes, culverts, earthwork, pavement paint mark-
ings, site restoration, and all appurtenant construction
necessary to complete the project located at 28754 N
Fremont Center Rd, Mundelein, IL 60060.
Prebid meeting shall be March 18, 2026 on site at 28754
Fremont Center Road. Mundelein, IL 60060. Please
note school is currently in session and no unscheduled
site visits are allowed.
Sealed bids will be received up to March 31, 2026, no
later than 3:30 pm at the District Office 28855 N.
Fremont Center Road Mundelein IL, 60060. There they
will be publicly opened and announced.
