INVITATION FOR BID Connect Transit is seeking bids from interested parties for a fuel supplier for #2 Ultra Low Sulfur with 2% Bio-Diesel and 87 Unleaded Octane Gasoline. The scope of work/specifications is outlined in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), The successful Bidder shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all other attachments. Sealed bids are to be received until 12:00 pm CST on April 28, 2026. This will be the only notice rendered for this procurement. Bid documents can be obtained at Connect Transit offices located at 351 Wylie Dr, Normal, IL, during normal business hours of 8:00 am through 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday; or on Connect Transit's e-Procurement Portal: https://connect-transit bonfirehub.com/portal/. The right is reserved to accept any bid or any part or parts thereof or to reject any and all bids. Acceptance of any bid is subject to concurrence by the United States Department of Transportation and the Illinois Department of Transportation.
