LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Oakbrook Terrace
Park District is requesting proposals for the Universal
Surveillance & Security System Project. Speciﬁcations
and proposal documents may be obtained at Heritage
Center, 1S325 Ardmore Ave, Oakbrook Terrace, IL
60181 or online at https://obtpd.org. For additional
information, contact Shannon Elsey at 630-627-6100.
Proposals must submitted via email with the subject
line “Request for Proposal: Universal Surveillance &
Security System” to shannon@obtpd.org no later than
12:00pm (noon) on May 11, 2026, at which time propos-
als will be publicly opened. The proposal opening will
take place at the Heritage Center.
Proposal selection is scheduled to occur at the May 20,
2026 meeting of the Board of Park Commissioners. The
Oakbrook Terrace Park District reserves the right to
reject any or all proposals, to waive any informalities
or technicalities, or to reject any non-responsive
vendor in the interest of the Oakbr
