REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Elevator Inspection, Maintenance & Repair Services - Starved Rock Lodge, Oglesby, IL Starved Rock Lodge & Conference Center is accepting proposals from qualified con-tractors to provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services for three elevators (2 passenger, 1 freight/service). Scope includes monthly inspections and pre-ventive maintenance; adjustment, cleaning, lubrication, and repair or replacement of components; service of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems; testing and maintenance of safety devices per ASME standards; and 24/7 emergency response service until equipment is restored.
