NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that sealed proposals for the construction of the following sections for Livingston County will be received at the office of the County Engineer, 1705 S. Manlove, Pontiac, IL 61764, until 10:00 A.M. on April 30, 2026 and at that time will be publicly opened and read: 1. Various R.D. - 49.0 Ton Calcium Chloride in Solution 2. Reading R.D. - Constr. single span bridge (67.44'), w/ prec. prestr. conc. deck beams (1,782 sq ft), incl. 29.4 cu yd conc. str., 3,960 lbs. rebars, 175 cu yd channel ex, 490 sq yd stone riprap, Cl A4, 1 ea. rem. ex. str., 132 ft steel railing Type S-1, 1 ea. name plate, 250 ft furn & drive hp 10x42, 1 ea. test pile hp, 0.25 acre seeding cl 2, 4 ea. term mkr d appl, etc. Proposals shall be submitted on forms which may be obtained online at https://www.livingstoncountyil.gov/de partment/highway/bidding_lettings.php. NOTE: All Bidder's Authorization Forms MUST be Completed & on File prior to 1:00 p.m. the business day before the letting date. The County, in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that the contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder without discrimination on the grounds of race, color or national origin.
