Invitation to Bid for Fuel Services Sealed bids will be received in the Office of the Director of Business Services, Rochester Community Unit School District No. 3A, Rochester, Illinois, until 10:00 a.m. on March 10th, 2026 for regular unleaded gasoline and diesel fuel required for the coming school year beginning July 1st, 2026. Bids will be opened at the required due date and time and read aloud with district personnel present. Withdrawal of bids must be submitted in writing 5 business days in advance prior to bid opening.
