PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE TO BIDDERS: Public Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by Wilco Area Career Center, for the following project: PROJECT NAME: Welding Outdoor Facility Concrete Foundation with Sidewalk PROJECT LOCATION: Wilco Area Career Center, 500 Wilco Blvd, Romeoville, Illinois 60446 PROJECT: 25' x 61' Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) Concrete Foundation, 15' x 75' Connecting Sidewalk, & Site Restoration BID INFORMATION Given all specifications are met in the bid, preference may be given to BEP (Business Enterprise Program) registered bidders per grant requirements. Bidders should be currently listed and in good standing in the Illinois Capital Development Board (CDB) Prequalification / Certified Firms Directory (CEI) at the time of bid. Evidence of such listing shall be provided with the bid upon request. SITE VISIT: It is strongly recommended that all contractors perform a site visit prior to submitting a bid to visualize the scope of work and elevations. Please contact Remmington Henson at 630-697-5021 to schedule a visit. Visits are available Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
