received for the Turner Park Building Renovation
until 10:00 AM local time on Tuesday, March 24,
2026, at the Roselle Park District Administrative
Ofﬁces, 10 N. Roselle Rd, Roselle, IL 60172.
Bids shall be submitted on or before the speciﬁed clos-
ing time in an opaque sealed envelope addressed
to: Roselle Park District, 10 N. Roselle Rd, Roselle,
IL 60172. Attn: Lynn McAteer, Executive Director,
and plainly marked “Sealed Bid”
and list the Submit-
ting Contractor's Name with the Trade Package
Name and Number
on the outside of the envelope.
