For: Advertisement for Bids Subject: Request for Bids for Avon Complex - Soccer Field Construction Project PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Sealed Propos- als will be received by the Round Lake Area Park District at 814 Hart Road, Round Lake, IL 60073 until 10:00 a.m. local time on Friday, May 29, 2026, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Scope of Project The project consists of the construction of two (2) full- size soccer fields, a parking lot, and a walking path connection to the existing baseball fields, including all associated grading, sod installation, and establish- ment. Project Parameters • Soccer Fields: Two (2) fields approximately 360 ft x 225 ft each • Parking Lot: Approximately 60 spaces • Walking Path: 8–10 ft wide connection Contractors shall base bids on these parameters.
