Invitation to Bid Sealed Bids for the construction of the Engelmann Park Walking Trail will be received by St. Clair County Parks and Recreation at the office of Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc., having an address of 4940 Old Collinsville Road, Swansea, Illinois 62226 until April 7, 2026, at 2:00 pm (local time) at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project consists of the construction of approximately 1-mile walking trail with associated storm sewer culverts. Plans and Specs may be viewed at S.I.B.A, 1468 Green Mount Road, O'Fallon, IL, 62269. Plans and Specs may be purchased for $140.00 if mailed and $120.00 if picked up at the office of Thouvenot, Wade & Moerchen, Inc., 4940 Old Collinsville Road, Swansea, Illinois 62226, Tel. No. (618) 624-4488. This Invitation to Bid should not be construed as a commitment of any kind on the part of St. Clair County, nor does it commit St. Clair County to pay for any costs incurred in the submission of a bid package, nor for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a formal Agreement.
