PUBLIC NOTICE Advertisement for Bids Request for Bids for Waterman Community Center - Kitchen Remodel, 160 W. Lincoln Hwy, Waterman, IL 60556 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Waterman at 215 W. Adams st., Waterman, IL 60556 until 10:00am local time Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at which time all proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Scope of Project: The project consists of demo of 19'x10' kitchen to bare studs, install range hood exhaust duct, relocate radiator feeds lines to inside wall, install electric GFCI receptacles and add dedicated appliance circuits, install new drywall, install new kitchen rated drop ceiling, install new light fixtures, install tile flooring, paint all new drywall and trim, install new cabinets and trim. Project Parameters: Prevailing Wage Copy Certificate of Insurance with minimum per-occurrence liability coverage of $1,000,000. Village of Waterman named as additional insured.
