WEST CHICAGO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT 33 Request for Proposal School Photography, Yearbook, and ID Services March 26, 2026 - 10:00 AM The Board of Education of West Chicago School District 33 is requesting proposals for school photogra- phy, yearbook, and identification card services for early childhood, elementary school, middle school, and administration. Requests for Proposal responses must be received no later than Thursday, March 26, 2026, 10:00 AM CST, at which time proposals will be reviewed. Proposals can be dropped off or mailed to the ESC building, 312 E. Forest Ave., West Chicago, IL. 60185 There will not be a formal bid opening. Proposals must be valid for at least sixty (60) days. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or withdraw the request for proposal at any time prior to the award if deemed to be in the best interest of the School District.
