LEGAL NOTICE Invitation to Bid Wayne Township Road District State of Illinois, County of DuPage The Wayne Township Road District is seeking bids for its 2026 GM Roads Program (Section No. 26-07000-01-GM) . Specifications and contract documents may be obtained through Morris Engineering, Inc., via email request to: vicki@ecivil.com. A Certificate of Eligibil- ity from IDOT is required to be included with your email request.
