BID NOTICE The Village of Winfield is inviting contractors to submit bids for the Property Maintenance Program. The project includes mowing and property mainte- nance services for 33 sites and 25 right-of-way loca- tions throughout the Village. Sealed bids will be accepted until 11:00 AM on March 25, 2026, at the Winfield Village Hall, 27W465 Jewell Road, Winfield, Illinois.
