NOTICE TO BIDDERS The Woodridge Park District will receive sealed Bids in an opaque envelope marked on the outside with the official name of the project for the Woodridge Park District High Dusting Services, ARC-MSP #26-03c, at the Admin-istrative Office of the Woodridge Park District, 2600 Center Drive, Woodridge, Illinois until Thursday, April 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., local time, at which time and place all Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The proposed work is officially known as the Woodridge Park District High Dusting Services, ARC-MSP #26-03c, and consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, cleaning products and equipment to complete high dusting and cleaning services for the Woodridge Park District's Woodridge Athletic Recreation Center, commonly known as the ARC, located at 8201 Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL 60517 Starting date shall be August 10th, 2026, with completion by the end of work day on August 14, 2026. The ARC will be closed to the public during this time and the contractor will have access to the facility to complete the work daily between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:30 pm. The contract documents including the Instructions to Bidders and plans and specifications and the Bid Package is on file beginning March 5, 2026 and may be examined at the Administration Office of the Woodridge Park District, 2600 Center Drive, Woodridge, Illinois. A pre-bid meeting and walk-through will take place at the ARC, 8201 S. Janes Avenue, Woodridge, IL 60517 on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. These documents are also available upon request. Request for digital documents must be submitted at https:// www.woodridgeparks.org/parks-facilities/bids-rfps/. Upon staff receipt of a company's requested information, all necessary bid documents shall be emailed at no cost, within two business days. For hard-copy documents, a fee of $10 must be paid to the Woodridge Park District. Upon receipt of this fee, a complete hard-copy of the bid documents will be provided to the contractor for pick-up within two business days.
