In the Circuit Court of the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit Kane County, Illinois Rodrigo Alfonso Fabrega Plaintiff vs. Karla Nicole Ruiz Alvarado Defendant Case No. 2026-DN-000205 Publication Notice The requisite affidavit having been filed herein, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL DEFEN- DANTS IN THE ABOVE ENTITLED ACTION, that said action has been commenced in said Court by the plaintiff, naming you as defendant therein and praying for an entry of a Judgment of Dissolu- tion of Marriage and for other relief, that summons has been issued out of this Court against you as provided by law, and, that this action is still pending and undeter- mined in said Court. NOW THEREFORE, unless you file your answer or otherwise make your appearance in said action in this Court, by filing the same in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court on or before May 11, 2026, AN ORDER OF DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU.
