Church, Jr., seeking to quiet title to the following real property located in Rust Township, Montmorency County, Michigan:  The Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4, Section 8, T30N, R4E; and that part of the East 50 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 7, T30N, R4E, lying south of the centerline of State Highway M 32; together with easement rights recorded in Liber 459, Page 316, Montmorency County Records.  You are named as a Defendant because you are a surviving co trustee of the Harriet A. Church Trust, which appears of record as holding an interest in the above described property.
