In re the Parentage of DENNER SAMUEL MATUTE SOLIS, a minor; Kenia Patricia Matute Solis, Petitioner, and Josue Ricardo Cruz, Respondent. No. 26 D 79341. The requisite affidavit for publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, the above named Respondent, that a Petition has been filed in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, Room 802, Richard J. Daley Center, 50 W. Washington St., Chicago, IL by the said petitioner against you praying for ALLOCATION OF PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES and for other relief; that summons was duly issued out of the said Court against you as provided by law, and that the said suit is now pending.
