The requisite Affidavit for Publication having been filed, notice is hereby given to you, Unknown Heirs and Legatees of Ronald Hailey and Unknown Occu- pants, Defendants, that the above entitled action has been filed against you and other defendants in the Circuit Court of Lake, IL County, Illinois, for the recovery of the possession of real estate located at: 3040 W. 8th St., Unit B207, Waukegan, IL You are hereby required to appear in person on May 13, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. in courtroom C-404, Lake, IL County Courthouse, 18 N County St. Waukegan, IL 60085, for trial of this cause.
